Built to Last — Made for the Outdoors
When sourcing parts locally isn’t an option, reverse engineering and 3D printing provide the ideal solution. In this project, we recreated several plastic bracket components that form part of a larger outdoor product system, originally produced overseas and difficult to obtain in Australia. Restoring the Past with Modern Manufacturing
At InnoFab, we love giving classic engineering new life, and this recent project is a perfect example. A customer came to us with a broken washer bottle from a vintage car, no longer available to purchase and too damaged to repair. Using a combination of 3D scanning and CAD modelling, we accurately recreated the part to match the original dimensions and mounting points.
